This training will teach you the fundamental Lean tools and be accompanied with exercises. Tools: VSM, Kaizen, 2-Second Lean, Muda-Muri-Mura, 5S, Kanban, Cell Design.

Problem Solving Training
We will use the 6 Sigma problem solving methodology, DMAIC, to discover what happened to the Titanic. The training session will use a case study to reinforce the lessons taught and sub-teams will report out discoveries both on the case study and problem solving methodology.

Ensuring that products and services are the perfect quality every time and on-time requires to eliminate waste, adopt best practices, and pro-active training. Standardized Work requires to engage employees to make their tasks safe and easy, which allows for efficiency to follow. The training contains exercises to understand the chaos and how standardized work improves tasks.

Single minute exchange of dies (SMED) Training
Change over time of product A to B can produce frustration, poor quality, late deliveries, and safety concerns. Applying the SMED steps to shorten change over time can also open up hidden capacity. This training will teach you how to reduce time and practice your new skills on an exercise.

Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Training
How often does you machine break down? Do you have late deliveries?
In the TPM training we will learn the steps and structure needed to keep this valuable machine running its best just like a Ferrari. We will use a case study to discover the issues and how to apply our new techniques to ensure a productive machine and reduce costs.
